1. Testing principle :Melt flow rate means under a certain extent of temperature and load, the quality and the volume of the melts that through the standard hole every 10 minutes. The quality mode of is only applicable to this instrument. Its measured values can characterize the viscous flow characteristics of thermoplastics in the molten state.


2. The melt flow rate should calculate by the follow method:


 MFR(θ, Mnom)= Tref*m/t

   θ: Testing temperature.

Mnom: Standard weigh load.

   m: The average weight of the cut piece: kg

  Tref: Time (10min) s (600s)

      t: Time interval of cut

  MFR: Melt flow rate g/10min.
