▅  Model XRW-300HB has a specimen rack lifting function, which can raise or lower the specimen rack at the beginning or end of the test. 

▅  This machine is mainly used to determine the heat deformation temperature of non-metallic materials such as plastics, rubber, nylon, electrical insulation materials, etc. and determination of Vicat softening point temperature. 

▅  The products comply with standards such as IS075(E), IS0306(E), GB/T8802, GB/T1633, and GB/T1634.

▅    The XRW-300HB thermal deformation and Vicat softening point measuring instrument uses a computer for display operation, and the control system is designed and developed based on the microcontroller with the second generation ARM Cortex-M3 core.

▅    It adopts a 32-bit microprocessor with operating frequency up to 120MHz and low power consumption. Its performance is much higher than that of 16-bit and 12MHz microcontrollers. It has large-capacity flash memory, large-capacity SRAM, rich IO port resources and other peripheral components.

▅    The highly integrated measurement and control system has the characteristics of better real-time performance, faster speed and higher stability.

It adopts AD chip with 16-bit error-free data based on Σ-Δ technology, and advanced PID control algorithm makes the control stable and reliable.

▅    Based on the master-slave communication mode with CRC check, the data is safe and reliable, and the test temperature and deformation can be monitored in real time during the test process.

▅    At the end of the test, the system automatically stops heating and can print test reports and test curves.
