The testing machine is mainly composed of a workbench, a secondary impact prevention mechanism, a guide column, a hammer body, a hammer body lifting and automatic weight drop mechanism, a motor, an electric control box, a machine base, etc.

★  An electromagnet is installed on the lifting beam of the testing machine to control the falling weight and impact the sample to achieve the purpose of testing. 

★  The impact energy can be calculated based on the mass of the hammer and the impact height. 

★  When the hammer impacts the sample and the sample is not broken and the hammer rebounds, the photoelectric signal controls the hammer holding mechanism to quickly catch the rebound hammer to prevent the impact.
